AtlasFlow is a product of AtlasFlow LLC, a real estate automation platform accessible at getatlasflow.io.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Agent account information: name, email address, phone number, brokerage information, account details, and billing-related information.
- Lead and client information: names, phone numbers, inquiry details, transaction status, and other information entered by an agent or submitted through an AtlasFlow-supported form.
- SMS communication data: message content, delivery status, timestamps, opt-in status, opt-out status, and response data.
- Usage data: information about how users interact with the AtlasFlow platform, including log data and platform activity.
- Payment information: billing and subscription information processed through our payment providers. AtlasFlow does not store full payment card numbers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve AtlasFlow. This includes:
- Delivering the AtlasFlow service, including automated SMS follow-up and communication workflows.
- Sending SMS messages on behalf of real estate agents to leads, prospects, clients, and past clients who have consented to receive messages.
- Notifying agents of lead replies, platform activity, and workflow status.
- Managing accounts, subscriptions, billing, and customer support.
- Improving platform reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
- Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, and messaging compliance requirements.
4. SMS Messaging and Consent
AtlasFlow may send SMS messages on behalf of licensed real estate agents to individuals who have consented to receive SMS communication related to a real estate inquiry, transaction, appointment, or agent relationship.
Agents using AtlasFlow are required to obtain prior consent before entering a lead or client phone number into the platform for SMS messaging.
SMS recipients may receive messages related to real estate inquiries, appointment scheduling, consultation follow-up, transaction updates, post-close check-ins, and related agent communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.

5. SMS Privacy Notice
AtlasFlow does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary with service providers who support delivery of the SMS messaging service.
Mobile information is used only to provide the SMS messaging service requested by the recipient and to support communication between the recipient and their real estate agent.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate AtlasFlow. These providers may include messaging, hosting, database, analytics, billing, customer support, and security providers.
Examples of service providers may include Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for database and platform infrastructure, and Stripe for billing and payment processing.
These service providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to AtlasFlow and are not authorized to use personal information for their own marketing purposes.
For clarity, SMS opt-in data and SMS consent are excluded from general data sharing and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, court order, government request, carrier requirement, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AtlasFlow, our users, or others.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the AtlasFlow service, maintain business records, comply with legal and messaging compliance requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@getatlasflow.io. We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period and, where applicable, delete or de-identify personal information within 30 days unless we are required or permitted to retain it.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and relationship with AtlasFlow, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any SMS message.

AtlasFlow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of AtlasFlow after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
