SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

AtlasFlow sends automated SMS messages on behalf of licensed real estate agents to leads, prospects, active clients, and past clients who have consented to receive SMS communication.

How users opt in

You may receive SMS messages from AtlasFlow only after you provide your mobile phone number and give consent to receive SMS messages related to your real estate inquiry or relationship with a licensed real estate agent.

Consent may be collected through a real estate inquiry form, open house sign-in form, consultation request form, paper form, or direct conversation with a licensed real estate agent.

Where a form is used, the SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not pre-checked.

By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from AtlasFlow and/or my real estate agent about my real estate inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. What messages you may receive

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from AtlasFlow or a real estate agent using AtlasFlow, you may receive messages related to:

Initial follow-up from a real estate agent about a buying, selling, listing, showing, or consultation inquiry
Follow-up messages if you have not yet responded to a real estate inquiry or appointment request
Appointment scheduling and consultation reminders
Transaction updates if you are in an active real estate transaction
Post-close check-in messages from your real estate agent
Market updates or relationship messages from your real estate agent, where permitted and consented to

Example message

Messages may vary depending on the agent, brokerage, and real estate inquiry, but an example message may look like this:

Hi [Name], this is [Agent Name] from [Brokerage]. Thanks for your interest in buying or selling real estate. Would you like to schedule a quick call? Reply STOP to opt out.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the real estate agent and the nature of your inquiry or transaction.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. AtlasFlow does not charge recipients for SMS messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy

AtlasFlow does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information is used only to provide the SMS messaging service requested by the recipient and to support communication between the recipient and their real estate agent.
